What to include

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Include your device model, operating system version and Pomfarm app version if you know them. A screenshot of an error can help.

For a purchase issue, include which Plus plan you bought and the approximate purchase date. If you have your anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier, you can include it to help identify the purchase record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or a full farm backup unless we ask for information needed to investigate.

Pomfarm Plus and purchases

The full focus timer and farm economy are free. Plus unlocks additional cosmetic choices. Monthly Plus is a subscription; lifetime Plus is a one-time purchase. When Plus access expires, premium styles display free defaults without removing your farm progress or focus history. Saved style preferences return when access is restored. Purchases use your App Store account, separately from your iCloud farm.

Restore access

In the iPhone app, open Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases, or use Restore purchases on the Pomfarm Plus page. Use the same Apple Account you used for the purchase. Restoring purchases changes access only; it does not replace your farm or focus history.

Purchases require a supported iPhone build with App Store options available. The web app does not sell or restore purchases. If a purchase, restore or store option is unavailable, note the message and contact support.

Manage or cancel monthly Plus

Use Manage subscription on the Pomfarm Plus page, or open your iPhone’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles subscription billing and cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewal; access remains for the paid period.

Buying lifetime Plus does not automatically cancel an existing monthly subscription. Manage the monthly subscription separately through Apple. Deleting Pomfarm, replacing your farm or contacting support does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests

Apple handles App Store refund requests. You can request a review at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility and the outcome are determined by Apple. Tell support about any app problem so we can investigate it.

Your farm and focus history

Pomfarm saves your farm locally. Supported iPhone builds can sync your completed farm and history to your Apple Account’s private iCloud database. The running or paused timer stays on its phone.

If progress is missing or sync is unavailable, open Settings → Keep your farm safe to inspect the sync status, try Sync now, export a farm backup or inspect Recovery copies. If two saved farms need review, you can export either copy before deciding which one to continue.

A JSON farm backup restores farm data, not purchase access. Importing a backup replaces the current farm and history after preserving a local recovery copy. Export the current farm first if you want a separate copy. Finish or end your focus and return home before importing.

You can export your focus history as CSV from Settings. Delete an individual session record in Focus history. Settings → Delete saved farm lets you export first, then delete this device’s farm only or delete its iCloud copy as well. Deletion removes farm progress, history and local recovery copies, but never cancels purchases or subscriptions. Deleting from iCloud requires a connection and keeps a small marker without farm content to prevent automatic restoration from older devices. Local-only deletion leaves iCloud untouched and pauses automatic recovery here until you deliberately create or import a farm. Deleting the app alone does not remove its iCloud copy.

Sign back into the original iCloud account to resume synchronization of an existing farm. Pomfarm does not automatically move that farm into a different iCloud account.

Privacy requests and terms

Read the Pomfarm privacy policy for the data the app stores and the services it uses. For questions or requests concerning data processed for Pomfarm, email support@manamo.net. Include your anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier if available for a purchase-related request. We will review the request; data held independently by Apple is managed through Apple’s privacy and account controls.

App use is covered by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.
